Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free In-store Pickup and Local Delivery.
Books can be picked up free of charge at our store - as indicated in the checkout process. As a convenience, we also offer free, local delivery to the 80211 and 80212 addresses delivered via our very own "BookBike" weather permitting. Porch delivery only, please allow extra time during inclement weather.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary depending on the time and method of delivery. We utilize USPS and/or UPS for Priority shipping, and USPS Media Mail for a more cost effective mechanism.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number(s). For updates on delivery timing please contact the store: welcome@bookbardenver.com or 303-284-0194 and make note of your order number.

Damages
BookBar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
