Warren Baker is a Colorado native and veteran of the Iraq war. He has been writing since he was 14, and his journey has come full circle back to fantasy fiction. Warren likes to explore the archetypes in his writing because of their anchors in collective human memory. He tries to deliberately exploit these archetypes to draw his reader into his stories.  He lives rustically in the mountains with his wife, Beth, two dogs, two cats, and a crow named Lazar. He has 9 grandchildren and plans on winning the office gene pool.

Kate Bashline currently resides in Denver, Colorado and is working on her debut novel, tentatively titled: Shadows and Dusk. She is a recent graduate of Regis University’s Mile High MFA, specializing in Fiction. While writing is her passion, she plays the double bass, flute, and piccolo, frequents renaissance and medieval festivals, and dabbles in medieval martial arts. In her undergraduate program at Colorado Mesa University, where she majored in English with a concentration in writing, she specialized in medieval and regency era literature. Her favorite authors include Edgar Allen Poe, Jane Austen, Mary E. Pearson, Sarah J. Maas, and Sabaa Tahir.

Shannon Blair writes fast-paced fantasy fiction that features LGBT protagonists, purple elves, scar-faced goblins, and single human dads. She is a recent graduate of Regis University’s Mile High MFA program. Her thesis novel, Dawn’s Light, is currently in submission. When she isn’t writing, Shannon can be found organizing shelves of Monopoly games and Dungeons & Dragons handbooks at the board game store where she works. She lives in Littleton, Colorado with her partner and two cats.

Brenda M Hardwick has been writing since she was seven beginning with poetry. She writes Self-Help and Spiritual books and Fantasy novels. She self-published her first self-help book, "Laughing Your Life Healthy" in 2017 and her first Fantasy novel, "Harlem Angel"; in 2018, twenty-five years after winning 2nd place in Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers Colorado Gold Contest in 1993. Now retired from a twenty-seven year career in state government, she devotes her time to her writing and her Healing business, The Light Of Nature, LLC. Brenda currently has three works in progress, sequels to Laughing Your Life Healthy-Laughing At Your Food and Harlem Angel-The Conductor, and Allowing the Magic, Allowing the Miracles, A Blueprint to Ascension, a spiritual transformation book. Brenda lives in Federal Heights, CO with her dog Lelu, and two noisy parakeets.

David R Slayton grew up in Guthrie, Oklahoma, where finding fantasy novels was pretty challenging and finding fantasy novels with diverse characters was downright impossible. Now he lives in Denver, Colorado and writes the books he always wanted to read. His debut YA fantasy, GHOST DRAGON, will be published in January 2020 by Harmony Ink Press. Please find it on Goodreads. He is represented by the Seymour Agency.
